Kelly is a Partner with Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner and specializes in providing auditing, business valuation and litigation support services to businesses. His clients include businesses in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and various service industries. Kelly is a Certified Valuation Analyst and member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

He was previously associated with the Buffalo office of a Big Four accounting firm where he served as a Senior Manager specializing in providing audit, accounting, and consulting services to middle-market businesses and their owners.
