Grace Huff is a Principal with Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP. Grace utilizes her background in flow-through entities and extensive experience in research and multi-state issues to manage the tax compliance and perform special projects for private equity funds, service companies, and manufacturers. Grace began her career in public accounting with Grant Thornton in California as an auditor focusing on manufacturing and governmental audits. Ms. Huff left Grant Thornton for a local Denver firm where she continued her practice in tax, focusing on s-corporations and partnerships. Grace relocated to Buffalo in 2000, joining a national accounting firm as a Tax Senior Manager, specializing in income tax planning and compliance for locally-owned businesses. Clients included manufacturers, healthcare, and service providers.
