Terri is a Director with Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP and manages the Human Resources function for the firm. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Recruitment Process, Mentor Program and Training Initiatives. In addition, Terri also manages Performance Evaluations, Employee Satisfaction, Firm Benefits and Company Sponsored Events.

Prior to joining CTB&K, Ms. O’Brien was the Vice President of Human Resources at Citigroup and supported nearly 800 employees in regards to Recruiting, Compensation and Employee Relations. Terri assisted in the migration of positions moving in and out of the Buffalo office and mainly supported Global Transactions Services in Buffalo and Jacksonville.
