Jon is a Partner with Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP, specializing in tax and consulting services for major closely held corporations, family limited partnerships, private equity firms and high net worth individuals. His clients include businesses in the investment, real estate, manufacturing and construction industries.

He was tax auditor with the state of New York for seven years, associated with the Buffalo office of a Big Four accounting firm, and was the controller of a medical device manufacturer and distributor, owned by private equity firms.

• Consulting on business structuring and acquisitions.

• Preparation of cash flow models for successor planning and repurchase agreements.

Jon holds a BS in Accounting from State University of New York at Oswego and received an MS in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.

He is currently a member and the treasurer of the Buffalo Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
