Kelly is a Partner with Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner and specializes in providing auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting services to closely-held businesses in the Western New York area. His clients include businesses in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and various service industries.

He was formerly associated with Cantara and Dansa which merged with Chiampou, Travis & Co. in 1997. He was also previously associated with the Buffalo office of a Big Four accounting firm where he served as a Senior Manager specializing in providing audit, accounting, and consulting services to middle-market businesses and their owners.

• Business plan development and financing.

Kelly's professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants - Consulting Services Division; the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA); Consulting Services Committee - NYSSCPA's; National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; Director and Past President of the Niagara Frontier Chapter, Construction Financial Management Association; Board of Governors of the Construction Exchange.

Kelly holds a BBA (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting from Niagara University. He is a certified public accountant licensed by the State of New York and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst.
