Bob is a Partner with Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner and specializes in supervision of audit, review, and tax services for major closely-held corporations and high net-worth individuals in the Western New York area. His clients include businesses in the manufacturing, retail, food, real estate, and distribution industries.
He was formerly Partner and co-founder of Chiampou, Travis & Co. which merged with Cantara & Dansa in 1997. He was also previously associated with the Buffalo office of a Big Four accounting firm where he was an Audit Partner in the Buffalo practice, a teacher at Firm National Training, and also served as Human Resources Partner and Professional Training Coordinator.

Audit partner for many types of clients including multinational companies, closely held businesses, and partnerships in various industries.
Coordinated due diligence process for $28,000,000 acquisition of four companies, including determination of necessary purchase accounting and purchase price adjustments.
Review of accounting records, discovery of defalcations, and assistance to client in submission of insurance claims in fraud-related matter.
Assistance to client in successful defense against allegations of dumping charges brought by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Development of agreed upon procedures report to assist client in obtaining cost certification data necessary to participate in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Bob's professional and community affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants; member of the Board of Directors of the Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club; member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Aquarium of Niagara; and member of the Advisory Board for Town of Lewiston Baseball.
Bob holds a BS in Accounting from Niagara University.
