Rosemarie is a Principal with Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP, specializing in multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and planning services to individuals, fiduciaries and exempt organizations (including both public charities and private foundations).  Her experience also includes instructor for education sessions covering comprehensive tax technical and non-technical topics in a variety of venues including the UB Tax Institute, Progressive Business Conferences and National Business Institute.  Prior to joining Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP, Rosemarie spent 25 years with Ernst & Young LLP most recently in the role of National Compliance Operations Leader for the Trust, Estate and Gift tax practice.
